In my opinion, I do think AI is a threat to humans and their jobs in some aspects, but not fully. I think we as humans are intimidated by AI and worried about the take over of our jobs and livelyhood, but why can’t we work together with AI? The more that I have used AI in appropriate senerios and ways that help me with my job, the more I realize how less intimidated I am by it and more so using it as a resource.

Yes, AI can do so much, but it is just taking information from us humans that have put out on the internet and putting it together to receive its answer. When it comes to the creative field, you can have it write some content, but there is only so much it can do. The creativity only goes so far with it. We still need and will need humans to bring about the creativity of those jobs. There may be some jobs that it can take over, but there is only so much that it truly can take over.

I think with AI being new and continually developing, it is important to learn how to use AI with our jobs. Therefore, we can prove the partnership and why it is needed to keep both you and AI in your job. Learning how to work with AI will only benefit each of us as we continue to learn how to use it and take it with us in our careers. We need to change our mindset from thinking AI is going to take over, but rather think about how we can work with AI. This allows us to become even better in our careers.

This is a goal of mine. I want to learn to work with AI rather than go against it. I believe it is a skill that can be learned and will be important for my future career.
