The Insight

They need support that feels relatable, affordable, and realistic.
Strategy
The newsletter was written in a voice that feels peer-to-peer rather than corporate. The subject line — “Be Honest… Have You Started Studying Yet?” — uses light humor and self-awareness to increase open rates.
The content focuses on:
- Acknowledging academic stress
- Positioning Finish Line Co. as a solution
- Highlighting the Study Survival Kit as practical support
- Offering a first-time discount to drive conversions
Design was structured for quick scanning with clear sections and strong CTA placement.
